Choose a luxury Grace Bay suite from either our 4 story ocean front property, or a pool & garden suite from our 2 story property. Luxury is the standard at Villa Renaissance Turks and Caicos.
All suites have central air conditioning, ceiling fans, direct dial telephones, 100+ US cable TV channels, DVD players, clock radios and room safes.
Our fully stocked kitchens include refrigerators with ice makers, microwave ovens, cookware, dishes/utensils, dishwashers and washer/dryer. Bathrooms include designer toiletries and hair dryer. Beachfront villa suites feature elevators, disappearing pocket slider doors and expansive Juliet balconies. Pool/garden villa suites overlook lush Caribbean gardens and our exclusive mosaic pool.
Reservation Policy
Deposit
A 50% deposit (USD) shall be paid upon signing this agreement with the remainder due 60 days prior to arrival. The deposit amount shall be a credit towards the total rental fee, due in full 60 days prior to the arrival. If payment is not made, a reminder will be sent via email. After one week, the rental agreement is null and void and the property goes back into the rental pool.
Cancellation Policy
A 14-day notice is required for all cancellations. Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made after that will forfeit the entire rental amount. EXCEPTION:Christmas and New Year’s holiday period: 7-night minimum stay, 50% deposit, full payment due by 10/1, cancellation no later than 9/30.

- Rates are in USD and are per suite, per night. (rates are subject to change without notice). We reserve the right to change our rates at any time without further notice
- Rates are subject to 12% Government tax and 10% TCI Government Service Fee
- Rates include full use of hotel facilities and amenities, complimentary Wi-Fi and daily housekeeping
